Xuron® #9180 High-Durability Shears

These specially designed high-durability shears from Xuron® have serrated edges that prevent fiber from sliding, providing a precise cut; they are ideal for cutting bead cord and Beadalon® beading wire. The cutting edges of the blades are heat-treated to 57–59 HRC for a long tool life. Shears operate like scissors, with blades that smoothly bypass one another as they cut, but have a more robust construction ideal for cutting metal sheet.

• The ergonomic shape of the handles ensures hours of use without hand fatigue and the non-slip grips provide a secure hold. Xuron® cutters are made from induction-hardened tool steel for exceptionally long service. Precisely ground jaws ensure accuracy and control, even in very dense areas. These cutters were forged from top-grade, hardened, high-carbon tool steel; forging offers the best combination of strength and durability, so the jaws will not be nicked or misshapen with normal use. Clean with Cosmoline® or a similar protectant; avoid contact with moisture.
