This 14-karat marquise-shaped yellow gold safety clasp features an intricate open floral filigree design. Its elongated shape and delicate pattern looks great paired with pearl strands or other beaded strands. Safety clasps (also called pearl clasps) feature two parts that connect in two different ways, providing a fail-safe that helps prevent loss of higher-value necklaces or strands and are ideal for pearl and gemstone strands.
