Esta unidade de banho para revestimento em aço inoxidável Midas® é um sistema ideal para processos de electro-revestimento e electro-formação. Concebida para suportar seis béqueres de 1 litro (1,000ml) (incluídos), este sistema pode ser configurado para três operações:
- a primeira estação é concebida para electrocleaner
- a segunda para imersão em ácido
- a terceira para galvanoplastia
- três estações para enxaguamento com água destilada entre cada etapa A unidade vem com um termómetro. A área de suporte dos béqueres é selada para proteger o interior da máquina. Os dois suportes de terceira mão seguram a peça de trabalho ou um termómetro. A unidade apresenta:
- calor controlável (variando da temperatura ambiente até 212ºF)
- agitação controlável com agitadores magnéticos na estação um e na estação cinco
- uma tampa em aço inoxidável é fornecida para manter o pó e a sujidade fora da solução nos béqueres
- uma ficha para retificadores, com dois condutores positivos para ânodos está incorporada

This Midas® stainless steel bath-plating unit is an ideal system for electro-plating and electro-forming processes. Designed to hold six 1-liter (1,000ml) beakers (included), this system can be set up for three operations: • the first station is designed for electrocleaner • the second for acid dip • the third for plating • three stations for distilled-water rinsing between each step
The unit comes with a thermometer. The beaker holding area is sealed to protect the interior of the machine. The two third-hand base attachments will hold the workpiece or a thermometer. The unit features: • controllable heat (ranging from room temperature to 212ºF) • controllable agitation with magnetic stirrers on station one and station five • a stainless steel lid is provided to keep dust and dirt out of the solution in the beakers • a plug-in jack for rectifiers, with two positive leads for anodes are built in • includes a 5-amp rectifier
A plating station without a rectifier is also available.
