Cortadas a laser, as mandíbulas destes alicates de bico chato Italtec apresentam bordas e contornos de precisão que proporcionam dobras e curvas suaves e repetíveis em metal e fio. Nos alicates de bico chato, ambas as mandíbulas são semi-redondas com superfícies interiores planas, afilando-se até uma ponta desde o pivô até à extremidade; são ideais para abrir e fechar argolas, prensar planas e criar dobras angulares; o acabamento liso ajuda a reduzir o risco de danificar peças delicadas. As mandíbulas são feitas de aço C70 endurecido a 62 HRC.

Cut with a laser, the jaws on these Italtec chain-nose pliers feature precision edges and contours that deliver smooth, repeatable bends and curves in metal and wire. On chain-nose pliers, both jaws are semi-round with flat interior surfaces, tapering to a point from the pivot to the tip; they are ideal for opening and closing jump rings, flat-crimping and creating angled bends; the smooth finish helps reduce the risk of marring delicate pieces. The jaws are made of C70 steel that is hardened to 62 HRC. • Adjustable lap joint; a screw is set through both halves, allowing the joint to be adjusted as needed. • Double-leaf spring that holds the handles apart until they are squeezed closed. This spring delivers a fast, strong rebound for improved productivity. • Italtec tools handles are ergonomic and provide a comfortable grip while reducing hand fatigue and allowing you to work longer.
