Shears operate like scissors, with blades that smoothly bypass one another as they cut, but have a more robust construction ideal for cutting metal sheet.• 2175 Maxi-Shear™ flush cutters—These precise flush cutters from Xuron® have a slim profile and smaller head to increase maneuverability and improve access to hard-to-reach spaces; the patented blade by-pass cutting action—reminiscent of a shears—cuts metal cleanly with minimal effort. These cutters are effective for cutting metal wire and sheet, as well as beading wire, including Beadalon®. A dark matte finish prevents eye strain caused by reflective glare and increases visibility of the workpiece.• 485FN flat-nose pliers—Ideal for chainmail work, these Xuron® flat-nose pliers offer slim, flat jaws that provide a more secure grip on jump rings and a jaw length that helps deliver greater access and control. Flat-nose pliers are ideal for wider, broader bends in wire—for metal-forming, straightening and flattening sheet and wire and for making angled bends.
