Deze snijder positioneert draad (staaf) en buis in een van vier hoeken (30-, 45-, 60- en 90 graden), waardoor u herhaalbaar en betrouwbaar een breed scala aan verbindingen kunt maken. De duimhendel zorgt voor een goede grip op het te snijden materiaal en biedt uitstekende balans. Stel de verstelbare schuif/stop in met de vergrendelingsschroef om herhaalbare snijlengtes eenvoudig te maken. De messing vergrendelingsschroef beschadigt de stalen stop niet en verstoort de precisiebewerking en nauwe toleranties van het stuk niet. Diepe V-groeven houden het materiaal stevig op zijn plaats. De kop van de mal is precisiebewerkt uit 45 HRC gepolijst staal; het houten handvat is afneembaar, zodat u de mal indien nodig in een bankschroef kunt monteren.
This cutter positions wire (rod) and tubing in any of four angles (30-, 45-, 60- and 90-degree), helping you create a wide variety of joints repeatably and reliably. The thumb lever ensures a good grip on the material being cut and offers excellent balance. Set the adjustable slide/stop with the lock-screw to make repeatable cut lengths easy. The brass lock-screw won't mar the steel stop or unbalance the precision machining and close tolerances of the piece. Deep V-grooves hold the material firmly in place. The jig head is precision-machined from 45 HRC polished steel; wood handle is removable, allowing you to mount the jib in a bench vise when needed.
