Dit Midas® roestvrijstalen zes-stations bad-galvaniseersysteem is ideaal voor elektroplateren en elektrovormingsprocessen. Ontworpen om zes 1-liter (1,000ml) bekers te bevatten (inbegrepen), kan dit systeem worden ingesteld voor drie bewerkingen:
- het eerste station is ontworpen voor elektroreiniger
- de tweede voor zuurbad
- de derde voor galvaniseren
- drie stations voor het spoelen met gedestilleerd water tussen elke stap. De unit wordt geleverd met een thermometer. Het gebied voor het vasthouden van de beker is afgesloten om het interieur van de machine te beschermen. De twee derde-hand basisbevestigingen houden het werkstuk of een thermometer vast. De unit beschikt over:
- regelbare warmte (variërend van kamertemperatuur tot 212ºF)
- regelbare agitatie met magnetische roerders op station één en station vijf
- een roestvrijstalen deksel is voorzien om stof en vuil uit de oplossing in de bekers te houden
- een plug-in jack voor gelijkrichters, met twee positieve draden voor anodes is ingebouwd
This Midas® stainless steel six-station bath-plating system is ideal for electroplating and electroforming processes. Designed to hold six 1-liter (1,000ml) beakers (included), this system can be set up for three operations: • the first station is designed for electrocleaner • the second for acid dip • the third for plating • three stations for distilled-water rinsing between each step.
The unit comes with a thermometer. The beaker holding area is sealed to protect the interior of the machine. The two third-hand base attachments hold the workpiece or a thermometer.
The unit features: • controllable heat (ranging from room temperature to 212ºF) • controllable agitation with magnetic stirrers on station one and station five • a stainless steel lid is provided to keep dust and dirt out of the solution in the beakers • a plug-in jack for rectifiers, with two positive leads for anodes is built in
