Met een 7" touchscreen heeft het ingebouwde computersysteem een gebruiksvriendelijke interface waarmee u de injectie-instellingen kunt bedienen en nauwkeurig aanpassen. Het slaat tot 9.995 programma's op en heeft een lezer die alle RFID-chips direct herkent en automatisch de juiste parameters instelt. Een ethernetpoort op het apparaat biedt gemakkelijke toegang tot software-updates. De Wizard-applicatie begeleidt nieuwe en ervaren gebruikers bij het instellen van mal-injectieparameters, verkort de leercurve en stelt u in staat snel de productie op te voeren. Bij het injecteren van een nieuwe mal stelt het programma vragen om u te helpen de beste parameters voor die mal te bepalen. Het zuigerinjectiesysteem van de Masterix® automatische wasinjector heeft zelfcentrerende klemmen die zich aanpassen aan verschillende malformaten en een grote spuit die een breed scala aan mallen vult, inclusief grote armbanden. De spuit heeft continue feedback en past zich automatisch aan om herhaalbare vullingen te garanderen met dezelfde hoeveelheid was en consistente gewichten van mal tot mal. The syringe has continuous feedback and automatically adjusts to ensure repeatable fills using the same amount of wax with consistent weights from mold to mold.Made from stainless steel, the thermally-insulated tank provides better temperature control by keeping the wax warm while ensuring homogenous melting. Melted wax is kept under vacuum pressure, eliminating micro bubbles that cause defects in your models. This tank is durable and easy to clean.The Masterix® automatic wax injector has an emergency button that stops the cycle and returns the clamps to the open position. It comes with a three-year manufacturer's warranty.
