Bereik langdurige, duurzame kleur met Luxon® van Invicon. Dit keramiekvrije mengsel maakt het mogelijk om oppervlakken van hoge kwaliteit en efficiënt te kleuren, waardoor u luxueuze, levendige kleuren aan uw sieraden kunt toevoegen. Luxon Victoria Green geeft uw ontwerpen een weelderige, diepe groene kleur. Klaar voor gebruik zonder mengen, is deze lichtuithardende, eendelige ontwerpacrylaat verpakt in lichtdichte potjes van 20 g. Snelle uitharding met zichtbaar blauw licht resulteert in een oppervlakteshardheid van 140 N/mm², wat het ideaal maakt voor sieraden die veel slijtage ondervinden. Na uitharding zijn de kleuren kleurvast en voelen ze aan als email. Afgewerkte stukken kunnen vervolgens worden gepolijst tot een matte of hoogglanzende afwerking. Letters, cijfers, logo’s en andere grafische ontwerpen kunnen achteraf mechanisch of met laser in de afgewerkte Luxon-elementen worden gegraveerd. Indien gewenst kunnen deze gravures daarna worden opgevuld met een contrasterende Luxon-kleur voor unieke, op maat gemaakte ontwerpen. Luxon® kan effectief worden gebruikt in 6 stappen: 1. Bereid het oppervlak voor, zandstraal of lasergraveer het en reinig het daarna. 2. Breng Luxon Link en Bond II aan en zorg voor een stevige verbinding tussen Luxon® en het metaal. 3. Hard Bond II uit met de TwinLux Dual of in de CeraLux volumelichtunit. 4. Open het Luxon®-potje, roer het materiaal voorzichtig door en breng het aan met een geschikt gereedschap zoals een spatel of sonde. 5. Hard de met kleur gecoate elementen uit met de TwinLux Dual of in de CeraLux-unit. 6. Maak het uitgeharde oppervlak glad en polijst het (mits het niet onder stikstof is uitgehard). Bij opslag bij kamertemperatuur van 15°C tot 28°C blijft Luxon® ontwerpacrylaat tot 2 jaar houdbaar. Sluit de potjes met Luxon-materiaal altijd goed af en laat ze niet openstaan in daglicht. Stel Luxon-potjes niet bloot aan direct zonlicht. Luxon® is verkrijgbaar in een breed scala aan standaardkleuren die afzonderlijk of gemengd kunnen worden gebruikt. U kunt ook Pantone®- en speciale kleuren bestellen (neem contact met ons op voor minimale afname). De kleurintensiteit kan worden geregeld door de verschillende laagdiktes van de kleuren te variëren.

Ready to use without blending, this light-curing, one-component design acrylate is packaged and ready for use in light-proof 20g jars. Rapid curing with a visible blue light results in a surface hardness of 140 N/mm2, making it ideal for high-wear jewelry pieces. After curing, the colors are colorfast and have the feel of enamel. Finished items can then be polished to a matte finish or a high gloss. Letters, numbers, logos and other graphic designs can be engraved on finished Luxon elements either mechanically or by laser afterwards. If desired, these engravings can then be filled again with a contrasting Luxon color for unique, custom designs.
Luxon® can be used effectively in 6 steps: 1. After the preparation of the area, sandblast or laser engrave it, and then clean it. 2. Apply Luxon Link and Bond II and secure the bond between Luxon® and the metal. 3. Cure Bond II with the TwinLux Dual or in CeraLux volume light unit. 4. Open the Luxon® jar, stir the material carefully and apply using a suitable tool such as a spatula or probe. 5. Cure the color-coated elements with the TwinLux Dual or in the CeraLux unit. 6. Smooth down and polish the cured surface (provided it was not cured under nitrogen).
When stored at a room temperature of 59°F - 82°F, Luxon® design acrylate will store for up to 2 years. Always close Luxon material jars and do not leave them open in daylight. Do not expose Luxon jars to direct sunlight.
Luxon® is available in a wide range of standard colors that can be used alone or mixed. You can also order Pantone® and custom colors (call us for minimum quantities). Color intensity can be controlled by varying the different layer thicknesses of the colors.
