De HD Pattern Micro-Injector stelt u in staat om aan hogere productie-eisen te voldoen door snel meerdere mallen te injecteren met HD Pattern fotopolymeermateriaal, waarmee gedetailleerde, hoogwaardige patronen worden gecreëerd die, eenmaal uitgehard, klaar zijn om te worden getrimed of te worden gebruikt als mastermodellen. De injectiekamer bevat één fles HD Pattern Avatar- of Master Copy-fotopolymeer injectieoplossing en gebruikt samengeperste lucht (compressor niet inbegrepen) om de oplossing soepel en gemakkelijk naar uw mallen te leveren. Plaats uw HD Pattern Avatar of HD Pattern Master Copy fotopolymeeroplossing in de kamer en steek de toevoerslang in de fles (zie 'Let op' hieronder). De fotopolymeervloeistof wordt toegediend via een pistoolachtige handgreep met een injectortip—kies de tip, van naaldfijn tot speciaal gevormd, die het beste resultaat levert voor elk specifiek patroon. Een zeer fijne naaldtip stelt u in staat om tijdens het injecteren binnen ingewikkelde patronen te bewegen, wat helpt om een volledige vulling te garanderen en eventuele luchtbellen te verwijderen. Tips hebben een Luer-lock basis (vergelijkbaar met de naald van een hypodermische spuit) die in positie wordt gedraaid om een veilige, lekvrije verbinding en snelle, efficiënte tipwisselingen te garanderen. De samengeperste lucht zorgt voor een soepele, gecontroleerde toediening van de fotopolymeeroplossing. De spinzak (inbegrepen) helpt om luchtbellen uit de mal te verwijderen door centrifugale kracht—plaats de mal (nog steeds vastgezet door glazen platen in het frame) onderin de zak, houd vervolgens de bovenkant van de zak vast en draai kort (10–15 seconden) om de luchtbellen uit de mal te forceren. Herhaal indien nodig om alle luchtbellen te verwijderen. Na het injecteren moet de mal worden uitgehard om het proces te voltooien; gebruik hiervoor de HD Pattern Firefly™ hyperbare druk/UV-licht uithardingskamer (apart verkrijgbaar).
The HD Pattern Micro-Injector allows you to meet higher production needs by quickly injecting multiple molds with HD Pattern photopolymer material, creating detailed, high-definition patterns that, once cured, are ready to tree or to use as master models. The injector chamber holds one bottle of HD Pattern Avatar or Master Copy photopolymer injection solution and applies compressed air (compressor is not included) to deliver the solution smoothly and easily to your molds. Place your HD Pattern Avatar or HD Pattern Master Copy photopolymer solution in the chamber and insert the feed tube into the bottle (see 'Please Note' below). The photopolymer liquid is dispensed through a gun-style handpiece fitted with an injector tip—choose the tip, from needle-fine to specially shaped, that delivers the best result for each specific pattern. A very fine needle tip allows you to move around inside intricate patterns during injection, helping to ensure a complete fill and to remove any air bubbles that may form. Tips feature a Luer-lock base (similar to the needle on a hypodermic syringe) that twist-locks into position to ensure a secure, leak-free connection and quick, efficient tip changes. The compressed air ensures smooth, controlled delivery of the photopolymer solution. The spin bag (included) helps to eliminate bubbles from the mold through centrifugal force—place the mold (still secured by glass plates in the frame) at the bottom of the bag, then hold the top of the bag and spin briefly (10–15 seconds) to force the bubbles out of the mold. Repeat as needed to eliminate bubbles. After injecting, the mold must be cured to complete the process; use the HD Pattern Firefly™ hyperbaric pressure/UV light curing chamber (available separately) for this purpose.
