Deze Glardon Vallorbe® halfronde washandvijl biedt u twee vijlen in één—grof en medium snijwerk—om u snel en effectief te helpen bij het vormen van uw wasontwerpen, tot in de fijnste details. De taps toelopende, halfronde vijl heeft één vlakke en één afgeronde zijde met tanden aan beide kanten, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om aan de binnenkant van wasringen en andere gebogen en gevormde gebieden te werken. Wasvijlen hebben brede patronen van grove tanden die hard was en andere relatief zachte materialen voor modelbouw snel en efficiënt snijden en vormen. De tanden zijn bestand tegen verstopping, zodat u de basisvorm voor uw ontwerpmodellen kunt vormen en vervolgens de details kunt verfijnen voordat u mallen maakt. This Glardon Vallorbe® half-round wax hand file offers you two files in one—coarse and medium cuts—to help you quickly and effectively shape your wax designs, right down to the finest details. The tapered, half-round file has one flat and one rounded side with teeth on both, making it easy to work on the inside of wax rings and other curved and contoured areas.
Wax files feature broad patterns of coarse teeth that quickly and efficiently cut and shape hard wax and other relatively soft materials for model-making. The teeth resist clogging to allow you to form the basic shape for your design models and then refine their details prior to creating molds.
The first choice for most jewelers, Glardon Vallorbe® files are manufactured to the highest production standards, made in Switzerland of the finest heat-tempered chrome-alloy steel, hardened to 65 HRC.
