Deze Fretz® zware chasinghamer, met één groot rond vlak en één kleiner halfbolvormig vlak, is ideaal voor uw meest omvangrijke werk. Geïnspireerd door het hoogreliëfwerk van de grote Italiaanse Renaissancekunstenaars, is hij ontworpen in klassieke Europese stijl, met een licht gekanteld vlak, een zwaar hoofd en een slanke hals. Bij correct gebruik wordt de neerwaartse beweging van dit gereedschap aangedreven door het gewicht van het hoofd, in plaats van de spieren in uw arm en hand. Het grote ronde vlak is bedoeld om chasinggereedschap of ponsen te slaan, en het kleinere halfbolvormige vlak is bedoeld voor peenen en klinken. Ontworpen door Bill Fretz, is deze goudsmedenhamer gebouwd voor stevigheid en duurzaamheid. Het handvat is gemaakt van Padauk-hout, bekend om zijn sterkte, stabiliteit en schoonheid, en is met olie afgewerkt; het is speciaal gevormd om je een lichte aanraking te geven, en de dunne hals buigt licht mee tijdens het hameren voor ultiem comfort. This Fretz® heavy chasing hammer, with one large round face and one smaller half-ball face, is ideally suited to your most substantial work. Inspired by the high-relief work of the great Italian Renaissance artists, it is designed in classic European style, with a slightly tilted face, heavy head and slim neck. When used properly, the weight of the head, rather than the muscles in your arm and hand, drives the downward motion of this tool. The large round face is intended for striking chasing tools or punches, and the smaller half-ball face is intended for peening and riveting.
Designed by Bill Fretz, this jeweler's hammer is built for toughness and durability. The handle is made of Padauk wood, known for its strength, stability and beauty, and is oil-finished; it's specially shaped to give you a light touch, and the thin neck flexes slightly as you hammer for ultimate comfort. The head is cast from 420-grade stainless steel and tool hardened to 50 HRC for maximum hardness and endurance.
