Formlabs ontwikkelde CW40 in samenwerking met Rio Grande en GIA als reactie op gebruikersfeedback. Ideaal voor het gieten van grotere stukken, biedt de verbeterde formule een hoger wasgehalte met de precisie van een hars. CW40 levert ultra-nauwkeurige details bij tekstgravures, kanalen, steenhouders en meer met een nauwgezette oppervlakteafwerking. Gietkanalen hechten ook steviger tijdens het gieten. FDA-goedgekeurd voor contact met de huid. Was CW-40 in isopropylalcohol (minimaal 91%) gedurende in totaal 10 minuten in de Form Wash. Voor de beste resultaten, gebruik een aparte schone en vuile was, elk 5 minuten. Uitharding is optioneel voor handlingssterkte en niet vereist voor gietprestaties. Geen warmte onder UV in Form Cure gedurende 30 minuten. Exclusief ontworpen voor gebruik met de Formlabs F3 Resin Tank Versie 2.1 (701441) in de Formlabs Form 3 printer.

Ideal for casting larger pieces, the improved formula offers a higher wax content with the precision of a resin. CW40 delivers ultra-accurate details on text engraving, channels, stone holes, and more with a meticulous surface finish. Sprues stick more securely during casting, too. FDA-approved for contact with the skin. Wash CW-40 in isopropyl alcohol (at least 91%) for 10 minutes total in Form Wash. For best results, use a separate clean and dirty wash, 5 minutes each. Curing is optional for handling strength, and not required for casting performance. No heat under UV in Form Cure for 30 minutes. Engineered exclusively for use with the Formlabs F3 Resin Tank Version 2.1 (701441) in the Formlabs Form 3 printer.
