Gebruik dit systeem met elke Bonny Doon precisie niet-conforme matrijs (apart verkocht) en uw 20- en 55-ton Bonny Doon hydraulische pers om hoogreliëfvormen met ongelooflijke details te creëren. De bijpassende stalen cilinder en duwer zijn bewerkt met extreem nauwkeurige toleranties (binnen enkele microns), waardoor de kracht van het ingesloten urethaan maximaal wordt benut. Plaats eerst de messing precisie niet-conforme matrijs (matrijzen zijn niet inbegrepen) in de container, vervolgens uw metaal, daarna een urethaan van 95 durometer, en tenslotte de stalen duwer. Voor vormen met een hoog volume gebruikt u de urethaan van 60 durometer als eerste stap om het metaal voor te vormen (beide urethanen zijn inbegrepen). Gebruik uw Bonny Doon pers om de duwer in de container te duwen; door de zeer nauwe toleranties kan het urethaan zich niet zijwaarts verspreiden en wordt de kracht van de pers vrijwel uitsluitend op de matrijsvorm gericht. Het resultaat is een hoogreliëfvorm met verbazingwekkend scherpe details. Dit systeem bevat:

Use this system with any Bonny Doon precision non-conforming die (sold separately) and your 20- and 55-ton Bonny Doon hydraulic press to create high-relief forms with incredible detail. The matching steel cylinder and pusher are machined to extremely close tolerances (within a few microns), maximizing the power of the contained urethane.First set the brass precision non-conforming die (dies are not included) into the container, then your metal, then a 95 durometer urethane, then the steel pusher. For high-volume shapes, use the 60 durometer urethane as a primary step to pre-form the metal (both urethanes are included). Use your Bonny Doon press to force the pusher into the container; with such close tolerances, the urethane cannot spread laterally, and the force of the press is focused almost exclusively into the die form. The result is a high-relief form with amazingly defined details.
