Deze handige set past in uw Bonny Doon hydraulische pers en stelt u in staat om metaal perfect te vormen tot ringen en andere stukken zonder de knikken, buigingen en beschadigingen die vaak voorkomen bij traditionele hamermethoden. De kolomblok en bout bevestigen het gereedschap aan de bovenplaat van uw pers. De stalen pen houdt de ringvormmouwen vast en hecht magnetisch aan de kolomblok—gemakkelijk in gebruik en volledig veilig. Zeven ringmouwen, allemaal 1" lang, bieden diameters van 16 mm tot 20,5 mm. De set bevat ook een urethaanblok in een opbergdoos, ontworpen om samen te werken met de pen en kolomblok bij het vormen van ringen.
Werk stapsgewijs en vorm uw ringbasis of metalen strip van het ene uiteinde naar het andere; de ring wikkelt zich om de mouw terwijl u werkt, waardoor texturen, ontwerpdetails en de vorm van de ringband behouden blijven zonder beschadiging of vervorming. Schuif de ring vervolgens eenvoudig van de pen af en binnen enkele minuten bent u klaar om de ring af te werken of meer ringen te vormen.
This handy kit fits into your Bonny Doon hydraulic press and enables you to perfectly shape metal to form rings and other pieces without any of the kinks, bends and marring that are part of the process when using traditional hammering techniques. The column block and bolt secure the tool to the upper platen of your press. The steel dowel holds the ring forming sleeves and attaches magnetically to the column block—easy to use and completely secure. Seven ring sleeves, all 1" long, offer diameters from 16mm to 20.5mm. The kit also includes a urethane block in a container box configured to work with the dowel and column block in shaping rings.
Working incrementally, shape your ring blank or metal strip from one end to the other; the ring wraps itself around the sleeve as you work, preserving textures, design details and the shape of the shank with no marring or distortion. Then simply slide the ring off the dowel and, in mere minutes, you're ready to finish the ring or shape more rings.
