This Peddinghaus large raising hammer features two wide, flat rectangular faces designed to create seamless forms without thinning the metal; this hammer is perfect for hammering concave shapes. This larger hammer works well for creating small vessels, hollowware, and sculptures where a heavier hammer is needed to form metal into a concave block of wood or a sandbag.
