This Wieland rhodinette masking pen is designed for use with acid-based plating solutions and is ideal for creating two-tone jewelry. The red lacquer makes masked areas visible and the 0.7mm tip on the pen allows you to precisely mask the mask small or hard to reach areas (such as fine details or prongs) on your workpiece you do not want to plate during your plating process. After your plating process in complete, the masking solution is easily removed using alcohol or acetone.
