These compound sprue cutters deliver extra strength and leverage; featuring a very robust construction, sprue cutters are designed to help you get close to each casting, helping to reduce the finishing and polishing time required for cast pieces. A dark, matte finish prevents eye strain caused by reflective glare and increases visibility of the workpiece. • The compound joint has two pivot points and keeps the jaw edges parallel as they open and close, creating even pressure for a clean, straight cut. • The ergonomic molded handles prevent user fatigue by lessening the force needed for cutting.

These cutters are made from induction-hardened, high-grade tool steel, and forged for the best combination of strength and durability; the jaws will not be nicked with normal use and keep their shape and finish well over time. Clean with Cosmoline® or a similar protectant; avoid contact with moisture.
