GRS® Low Profile Vise

Great for your detailed engraving and stone setting tasks, the GRS® low profile vise allows you to access your work from almost any angle. A double ball bearing system ensures smooth rotation. The adjustable rotational brake allows the top half of the vise to rotate freely for positioning or be secured in place while you work. The crown and base are machined from solid stainless steel and finished with a special low-glare treatment to reduce eye strain. Block includes upper jaw plates, five pins, base and a wrench. Microscopic Work The vise offers a low profile, making it exceptionally suited for exacting tasks with the aid of a microscope. The vise configuration allows quick and easy positioning adjustment of your piece without changing the alignment of the microscope or its field of view. Use the vise with a turntable base (available separately) to quickly adjust your work without taking your eyes from the microscope.
