Manufactured in England by Durston, this guillotine shear allows you to achieve straight, even cuts on metal up to 300mm (11.75”) wide. The precision-ground hardened and tempered cutting blade cuts non-ferrous metal up to 3.5mm thick (8 gauge) and mild steel up to 2mm thick (12 gauge). The blade can be turned up to four times before it needs sharpening and is perpendicular to the hand bar for an unobstructed view of the cutting path. An extra-long hand bar gives added leverage that makes cutting almost effortless. • The table supports the metal being fed into the blade, resulting in a clean cut. • An adjustable stop allows you to easily create repeatable cuts. This strong and durable shear is constructed of all steel, and mounts to any work surface.
