Questo gruppo canale di colata e base NeuSprue® è adatto a un cilindro da 4". Il design brevettato in due pezzi con avvitamento fissa un canale di colata filettato (vedere i canali di colata in cera NeuSprue) alla base, eliminando il rischio di alberi flottanti. La rimozione della base tramite sollevamento previene danni da tensione all’albero e ai modelli in cera e impedisce ai residui di rivestimento di cadere nella cavità lasciata dalla cera, causando difetti. Questo gruppo base è compatibile con tutte le macchine per fusione Neutec e con la maggior parte delle altre marche di macchine per fusione a cera persa. Include:

This NeuSprue® sprue and base assembly accommodates a 2-1/2" flask. The patented two-piece screw-on design secures a threaded sprue (see NeuSprue wax sprues) to the base, eliminating the risk of floating trees. Lift-off removal of the base prevents stress damage to the wax tree and patterns and prevents investment debris from falling into the wax void, causing defects. This base assembly is compatible with all Neutec casting machines and most other lost-wax casting machine brands. Includes: • one rubber base • one threaded plastic holder
