This black ruthenium solution from Midas® can be plated directly over gold, platinum, palladium, silver, and gold. When plating over non-precious metals, gold pre-plating is required. Strong agitation and the use of a gold or gold plated handling are required. Use with a platinized titanium anode. This one-quart bottle contains 2.5 grams of ruthenium.
