Formulata dal Gruppo Legor®, questa lega madre gialla è destinata alla fusione a cera persa; offre un ricco colore giallo in oro 18 carati e un'ottima deformabilità plastica, rendendola una scelta eccellente per applicazioni di lavorazione meccanica e per catene realizzate sia a macchina che a mano. Questa lega produce ottimi risultati in lamina per stampaggio e taglio con buona saldabilità; può essere utilizzata anche per tubi saldati TIG. Indurisce bene con il trattamento termico. Un grano di lega madre per fusione è una miscela preformulata di elementi in metallo base; aggiungere la quantità appropriata di grani di metallo prezioso alla lega madre per creare la lega da fusione necessaria. Formulated by Legor® Group, this yellow master alloy is intended for lost-wax casting; it delivers a rich yellow color in 18-karat gold and very good plastic deformability, making it an excellent choice for mechanical working applications and machine- and hand-made chain. This alloy produces great results in sheet for stamping and cutting with good solderability; it can also be used for TIG-soldered tubing. It hardens well with heat-treating.
A master alloy casting grain is a pre-formulated mix of base-metal elements; add the appropriate amount of precious metal grain to the master alloy to create the casting alloy you need.
