Formlabs ha sviluppato CW40 in collaborazione con Rio Grande e GIA in risposta al feedback degli utenti. Ideale per la fusione di pezzi più grandi, la formula migliorata offre un contenuto di cera più elevato con la precisione di una resina. CW40 garantisce dettagli ultra-precisi su incisioni di testo, canali, fori per pietre e altro ancora con una finitura superficiale meticolosa. Anche i canali di colata aderiscono più saldamente durante la fusione. Approvato dalla FDA per il contatto con la pelle. Lavare CW-40 in alcol isopropilico (almeno 91%) per un totale di 10 minuti in Form Wash. Per risultati ottimali, utilizzare un lavaggio separato pulito e sporco, 5 minuti ciascuno. La polimerizzazione è opzionale per la resistenza alla manipolazione e non è richiesta per le prestazioni di fusione. Nessun calore sotto UV in Form Cure per 30 minuti. Progettato esclusivamente per l'uso con il Formlabs F3 Resin Tank Version 2.1 (701441) nella stampante Formlabs Form 3.

FDA-approved for contact with the skin.Wash CW-40 in isopropyl alcohol (at least 91%) for 10 minutes total in Form Wash. For best results, use a separate clean and dirty wash, 5 minutes each. Curing is optional for handling strength, and not required for casting performance.
