Swanstrom Flat and Half-Round-Nose Pliers, 3/32"

These Swanstrom pliers (NR1191) feature one flat jaw and one half-round jaw; an ideal tool for making repeated, identical bends in wire. The half-round jaw has a wide curvature (3/32" radius), great for making a wide variety bends in wire or flat stock. Bend the wire against the flat jaw to create wider, broader bends or to make angled bends; bend the wire around the round jaw to make large loops, jump rings, coils and broad curves. • These pliers have an adjustable lap joint; the screw allows the joint to be adjusted as needed. • The double-leaf spring holds the pliers open and ready to use until they are squeezed closed and it delivers a fast, strong rebound for improved productivity. • The Soft-Touch™ sure-grip foam handles are longer, wider and ergonomically designed for maximum comfort over extended periods of use. All Swanstrom tool handles are latex free.

This tool is made of high-carbon, high-chrome alloy steel—the highest quality tool steel—and forged for the best combination of strength and durability. The jaws will not be nicked with normal use and will keep their shape and finish. The anti-glare finish prevents eye strain caused by reflective glare and increases visibility of the workpiece.
