This sterling silver lever-back ear wire features a pinch bail that holds a front-drilled bead, crystal or other finding up to 4mm in diameter; trim pegs as needed to accommodate your finding. Lever-back earrings offer a hinged closure that helps protect against loss and makes them a snap to put on. A short, arched length of wire goes through the ear; the end of the lever is designed with a short length of open channel that is perfectly sized to accommodate the wire. Simply insert the wire and close the lever over it to secure the earring in place.
