Cette coupeuse positionne le fil (tige) et le tube à l'un des quatre angles (30°, 45°, 60° et 90°), vous aidant à créer une grande variété d'assemblages de manière répétée et fiable. Le levier à pouce assure une bonne prise sur le matériau coupé et offre un excellent équilibre. Réglez la glissière/arrêt ajustable avec la vis de blocage pour faciliter la réalisation de longueurs de coupe répétables. La vis de blocage en laiton n'endommagera pas l'arrêt en acier ni ne déséquilibrera l'usinage de précision et les tolérances serrées de la pièce. Les rainures en V profondes maintiennent fermement le matériau en place. La tête du gabarit est usinée avec précision en acier poli 45 HRC ; la poignée en bois est amovible, vous permettant de fixer le gabarit dans un étau d'atelier si nécessaire.
This cutter positions wire (rod) and tubing in any of four angles (30-, 45-, 60- and 90-degree), helping you create a wide variety of joints repeatably and reliably. The thumb lever ensures a good grip on the material being cut and offers excellent balance. Set the adjustable slide/stop with the lock-screw to make repeatable cut lengths easy. The brass lock-screw won't mar the steel stop or unbalance the precision machining and close tolerances of the piece. Deep V-grooves hold the material firmly in place. The jig head is precision-machined from 45 HRC polished steel; wood handle is removable, allowing you to mount the jib in a bench vise when needed.
