Cette pâte à modeler fonctionne comme de l'argile et est idéale pour la sculpture et la fixation. Pour la finition, faites-la cuire jusqu'à durcissement, puis sculptez et poncez-la comme du bois. Vous pouvez également utiliser cette pâte pour vos moules en deux parties. Il suffit d'emballer l'argile autour de la moitié inférieure d'un modèle plat pour positionner précisément la ligne de moulage. Ensuite, versez un composé RTV sur la moitié supérieure et laissez-le durcir. Retirez la pâte à modeler et versez le composé RTV sur l'autre moitié, en positionnant la ligne de moulage exactement là où vous le souhaitez.
This modeling compound works like clay and is great for sculpture and fixturing. To finish, bake hard, then carve and sand it like wood. You can also use this compound for your two-part molds. Simply pack the clay around the lower half of a flat model to precisely position the mold line. Then pour an RTV compound over the top half and allow it to cure. Remove the modeling compound and pour the RTV compound over other half, setting the mold line exactly where you want it.
