Cette unité de placage en bain en acier inoxydable Midas® est un système idéal pour les procédés d'électroplacage et d'électroformage. Conçue pour contenir six béchers de 1 litre (1 000 ml) (inclus), ce système peut être configuré pour trois opérations :
- la première station est conçue pour l'électro-nettoyant
- la deuxième pour le bain d'acide
- la troisième pour le placage
- trois stations pour rinçage à l'eau distillée entre chaque étape L'unité est fournie avec un thermomètre. La zone de maintien des béchers est scellée pour protéger l'intérieur de la machine. Les deux fixations de base pour troisième main maintiendront la pièce ou un thermomètre. L'unité comprend :
- chaleur contrôlable (allant de la température ambiante à 212ºF)
- agitation contrôlable avec des agitateurs magnétiques sur la station un et la station cinq
- un couvercle en acier inoxydable est fourni pour empêcher la poussière et la saleté d'entrer dans la solution des béchers
- une prise pour redresseurs, avec deux câbles positifs pour anodes est intégrée

This Midas® stainless steel bath-plating unit is an ideal system for electro-plating and electro-forming processes. Designed to hold six 1-liter (1,000ml) beakers (included), this system can be set up for three operations: • the first station is designed for electrocleaner • the second for acid dip • the third for plating • three stations for distilled-water rinsing between each step
The unit comes with a thermometer. The beaker holding area is sealed to protect the interior of the machine. The two third-hand base attachments will hold the workpiece or a thermometer. The unit features: • controllable heat (ranging from room temperature to 212ºF) • controllable agitation with magnetic stirrers on station one and station five • a stainless steel lid is provided to keep dust and dirt out of the solution in the beakers • a plug-in jack for rectifiers, with two positive leads for anodes are built in • includes a 5-amp rectifier
A plating station without a rectifier is also available.
