Secure the lamp in the base, then set the lamp wherever you need it while you work. The base is pre-drilled with four holes that match up perfectly to your lamp stand. The base is made on cast iron and has a plastic molded casing that offers four 1/2"-deep compartments ideal for holding small tools, findings, gemstones and more.
