Cut with a laser, the jaws on these Italtec needle chain-nose pliers feature precision edges and contours that deliver smooth, repeatable bends and curves in metal and wire, and fine tips that are ideal for reaching into small, detailed areas. On chain-nose pliers, both jaws are semi-round with flat interior surfaces, tapering to a point from the pivot to the tip; they are ideal for opening and closing jump rings, flat crimping and making angled bends. The smooth finish helps reduce the risk of marring delicate pieces. The jaws are made of C70 steel that is hardened to 62 HRC. • Adjustable lap joint; a screw is set through both halves, allowing the joint to be adjusted as needed. • Double-leaf spring that holds the handles apart until they are squeezed closed. This spring delivers a fast, strong rebound for improved productivity. • Italtec tools handles are ergonomic and provide a comfortable grip while reducing hand fatigue and allowing you to work longer.
