Converting AC current to DC current is necessary for all plating/e-coating processes. This rectifier is intended primarily for e-coating application and features a digital display, allowing you to control voltage precisely during the coating process. Lead wires with clips (not included) are available separately. • Offers two levels of control, coarse and fine, for the current output and for the voltage outputs. • Outputs are adjustable from 0–60 volts and from 0–3 amps • LED reading accuracy: +/– 1% for voltage and +/– 2% for current • Toggle easily to accommodate input voltages of either 110-volt AC or 220-volt AC. • Current is automatically held stable if you are set up in current control, and the system is automatically shut down to prevent damage in case a short should occur. • Line regulation: CV less than or equal to 0.01% + 1 mV; CC less than or equall to 0.2% + 1 mA. • Load Regulation: CV less than or equal to 0.01% + 3mV; CC less than or equal to 0.2% + 3 mA. • Ripple noise: CV less than or equal to 0.5 mV RMS; CC less than or equal to 3 mA RMS. • Optimal operating environment: 0–40C, relative humidity is less than 90%. • One-year manufacturer's warranty. • Comes with a 110-volt plug; to use a 220-volt power outlet, you will need a plug adapter (not included; see Please Note below).
