Center-Positioning Die Set for Swanstrom Triangle-Shape Cutters

Quickly and easily create perfectly centered shaped washer components using this centering die set (NR2521/01) with your Swanstrom triangle cutter set. The dies are made from durable Delrin®; sizes correspond to the largest three cutter sizes. • Cut a hole in your material with your desired inner dimensions. • Move the metal to your desired outer size and use a centering die to center the material. • Securely clamp the metal and punch with your desired outer dimensions. Remember to place a shim of the same thickness as the material being cut on the opposite side of the disc cutter to keep the plates balanced.
