This Akron low-shrink gray natural mold rubber is a medium-to-firm rubber that ideal for molds where extra firmness is needed with minimal shrinkage. It delivers excellent detail reproduction with high tear resistance and elongation. Each strip has a dark blue polyethylene cover.Akron mold rubbers are manufactured in Akron, Ohio for controlled shrinkage, excellent cutting qualities and long life. These rubbers have an uncured shelf life of seven years and over 20 years for cured molds.
