Dieses klare RTV-Zweikomponenten-Kautschuk-Formset von Nicem® ermöglicht es Ihnen, noch am selben Tag Formen herzustellen und Wachse zu gießen. Das Formkautschuk vulkanisiert bei Raumtemperatur und ist ideal für die Verwendung mit hitzeempfindlichen Modellen oder solchen, die keine Schrumpfung vertragen. Das Set, das jeweils eine 1-kg-Flasche der Komponenten Teil A und Teil B enthält, erzeugt ein transluzentes Silikon, das sich leicht schneiden lässt und gleichzeitig mögliche Schäden am Modell vermeidet. Dieses Silikon ist stabil und hart. Speziell formuliert, um den Anforderungen von Juwelieren gerecht zu werden, bietet das Nicem® Silikon-Formkautschuk eine erstklassige Leistung mit niedrigen Schrumpfraten. Der Kautschuk wird aus hochwertigen Polymeren und Füllstoffen hergestellt, was ihn langlebig und widerstandsfähig macht. Die niedrige Viskosität der Nicem® klaren RTV-Formkautschukmischungen erleichtert das Abmessen, Eingießen und Mischen; das Mischverhältnis beträgt 1:1.
This clear RTV two-part mold rubber kit from Nicem® lets you mold and begin shooting waxes in the same day. The molding rubber vulcanizes at room temperature and is ideal for use with heat-sensitive models or those not able to tolerate shrinkage. The kit, containing one 1kg bottle each of part A and part B compounds, produces a translucent silicone that is easy to cut while avoiding possible damage to the model. This silicone is stable and hard.
Formulated specifically to meet jewelers' needs, Nicem® silicone mold rubber delivers premium performance with low shrinking rates. The rubber is made from the highest quality polymers and fillers, making it durable and long-lasting.
The low viscosity of Nicem® clear RTV molding rubber compounds makes them easy to measure, pour and mix; mix ratio is 1:1.
