Der HD Pattern Micro-Injector ermöglicht es Ihnen, höhere Produktionsanforderungen zu erfüllen, indem er mehrere Formen schnell mit HD Pattern Photopolymermaterial injiziert und detaillierte, hochauflösende Muster erzeugt, die nach dem Aushärten bereit sind, auf Bäume gesetzt oder als Mastermodelle verwendet zu werden. Die Injektionskammer fasst eine Flasche HD Pattern Avatar- oder Master Copy-Photopolymer-Injektionslösung und nutzt Druckluft (Kompressor nicht enthalten), um die Lösung glatt und einfach zu Ihren Formen zu transportieren. Platzieren Sie Ihre HD Pattern Avatar- oder HD Pattern Master Copy-Photopolymerlösung in der Kammer und führen Sie das Zuführrohr in die Flasche ein (siehe 'Bitte beachten' unten). Die Photopolymerflüssigkeit wird durch ein pistolenartiges Handstück mit einer Injektionsspitze dosiert – wählen Sie die Spitze, von nadelfein bis speziell geformt, die für jedes spezifische Muster das beste Ergebnis liefert. Eine sehr feine Nadelspitze ermöglicht es Ihnen, sich während der Injektion innerhalb komplexer Muster zu bewegen, um eine vollständige Füllung sicherzustellen und eventuell entstehende Luftblasen zu entfernen. Die Spitzen verfügen über eine Luer-Lock-Basis (ähnlich der Nadel einer Spritze), die durch Drehen verriegelt wird, um eine sichere, auslaufsichere Verbindung und einen schnellen, effizienten Spitzenwechsel zu gewährleisten. Die Druckluft sorgt für eine gleichmäßige, kontrollierte Abgabe der Photopolymerlösung. Der Spin-Beutel (im Lieferumfang enthalten) hilft, Luftblasen aus der Form durch Zentrifugalkraft zu entfernen – legen Sie die Form (noch durch Glasplatten im Rahmen gesichert) auf den Boden des Beutels, halten Sie dann den oberen Teil des Beutels und drehen Sie ihn kurz (10–15 Sekunden), um die Blasen aus der Form zu drücken. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang bei Bedarf, um alle Blasen zu entfernen. Nach dem Injizieren muss die Form ausgehärtet werden, um den Prozess abzuschließen; verwenden Sie dafür die HD Pattern Firefly™ Hyperbar-Druck-/UV-Lichthärtungskammer (separat erhältlich).
The HD Pattern Micro-Injector allows you to meet higher production needs by quickly injecting multiple molds with HD Pattern photopolymer material, creating detailed, high-definition patterns that, once cured, are ready to tree or to use as master models. The injector chamber holds one bottle of HD Pattern Avatar or Master Copy photopolymer injection solution and applies compressed air (compressor is not included) to deliver the solution smoothly and easily to your molds. Place your HD Pattern Avatar or HD Pattern Master Copy photopolymer solution in the chamber and insert the feed tube into the bottle (see 'Please Note' below). The photopolymer liquid is dispensed through a gun-style handpiece fitted with an injector tip—choose the tip, from needle-fine to specially shaped, that delivers the best result for each specific pattern. A very fine needle tip allows you to move around inside intricate patterns during injection, helping to ensure a complete fill and to remove any air bubbles that may form. Tips feature a Luer-lock base (similar to the needle on a hypodermic syringe) that twist-locks into position to ensure a secure, leak-free connection and quick, efficient tip changes. The compressed air ensures smooth, controlled delivery of the photopolymer solution. The spin bag (included) helps to eliminate bubbles from the mold through centrifugal force—place the mold (still secured by glass plates in the frame) at the bottom of the bag, then hold the top of the bag and spin briefly (10–15 seconds) to force the bubbles out of the mold. Repeat as needed to eliminate bubbles. After injecting, the mold must be cured to complete the process; use the HD Pattern Firefly™ hyperbaric pressure/UV light curing chamber (available separately) for this purpose.
