• Die geräumige Arbeitsfläche (17-3/4" B x 16" T) ist in einem Gittermuster durchbrochen, damit das Kühlwasser in den Behälter zurückfließen kann und Zubehör für perfekte gerade, runde und abgewinkelte Schnitte aufgenommen werden kann. Zubehör (auf Sonderbestellung erhältlich) hat Stifte, die überall dort in das Gitter passen, wo Sie sie brauchen, und lässt sich im Handumdrehen einsetzen, entfernen und neu positionieren.
• Das Sägeblatt (im Lieferumfang enthalten und installiert) ist ein Slicer-Sägeblatt, mit dem Sie vorwärts und rückwärts schneiden und dabei so wenig Material wie möglich entfernen können, egal ob auf Glas, Stein oder Metall. Das Blatt ist mit 100/120er Körnung galvanisiert und verfügt über einen Antriebsriemen mit Kevlar®-Verstärkung. Dieses Blatt hat den feinsten Schnitt aller Taurus-Sägeblätter, ist breit und flach und bietet Ihnen hervorragende Stärke für zuverlässiges, schnelles und gerades Schneiden. Der Schnitt von 1/8 Zoll entspricht immer der Blattdicke. Dieses Blatt wird für extremes Rollenschneiden in allen harten Materialien verwendet. Da das Blatt nur 1 mm dick, aber 1/8 Zoll breit ist, ist es sehr robust, schneidet schnell und hält etwa 40–60 Stunden effektives Schneiden aus.
• Der auf dem Tisch montierte Sägekörper bietet Platz für Werkstücke mit einer Dicke von bis zu 1-3/8 Zoll und hat eine Halstiefe von 5-5/8 Zoll.
• Ein verstellbarer Stabilisierungsfuß (im Lieferumfang enthalten) lässt sich einfach am Sägearm anbringen und genau an die Dicke des Werkstücks anpassen. Kleine Ösen am Fuß minimieren die Bewegung des Sägeblatts für präziseres Schneiden.
• Ein eingebauter Scheinwerfer beleuchtet den unmittelbaren Schneidebereich während der Arbeit hell und gibt Ihnen eine klare Sicht auf Ihren Fortschritt.
• In der Basis befindet sich ein Wasserbehälter, der für eine konstante Kühlung und Schmierung des Sägeblatts und des Werkstücks sorgt – und das Sägedesign bietet integriertes Wasser zur Kühlung, das Sie bei Verwendung der Säge im tragbaren Aufbau immer dabei haben.
• Der 1/5-PS-Motor läuft mit 110 Volt und verfügt über einen eingebauten Transformator, der dafür sorgt, dass er mit fast jedem Material zurechtkommt – arbeiten Sie geduldig und lassen Sie das Sägeblatt die Arbeit machen, da das Schneiden dichterer Materialien etwas länger dauert. Named for its continuous ring-shaped saw blade, this table-top Taurus 3 ring saw is as fun and easy to use as it is down-and-dirty effective for precision cutting of stone, glass, ceramic, plastic, metal and more. Cleverly designed to allow you to remove the saw from the base unit, the saw converts to a hand-held portable tool that goes to work that can't come to the table top. • The roomy work surface (17-3/4"W x 16"D) is pierced in a grid pattern to allow coolant water to return to the reservoir and to accept accessories for perfect straight, circle and angled cuts. Accessories (available by special order) have pegs that fit into the grid wherever you need them and are a snap to insert, remove and re-position. • The saw blade (included and installed) is a slicer blade that allows you to cut forward and backward, removing the least amount of material, on glass, stones and metal. The blade is electroplated with 100/120 grit and includes a Kevlar®-enforced drive belt. Manufactured with the finest kerf of any of the Taurus saw blade, this blade is broad and flat, giving you excellent strength for dependable, fast, straight cutting. Its 1/8" kerf is always the blade thickness. This blade is used for extreme scroll-cutting on all hard materials. Because the blade is only 1mm thick but 1/8" wide, it is very tough, fast-cutting and will last for about 40–60 hours of effective cutting. • The saw body, installed on the table, accommodates workpieces up to 1-3/8" thick and has a throat depth of 5-5/8". • An adjustable stabilizer foot (included) attaches easily to the saw arm and adjusts to closely match the thickness of the workpiece. Small grommets on the foot minimize blade movement for more precise cutting. • A built-in spotlight brightly illuminates the immediate cutting area as you work, giving you a clear view of your progress. • The base holds a reservoir of water that provides constant cooling and lubrication to the saw blade and workpiece—and the saw design provides on-board water for cooling that goes with you when using the saw in the portable set-up. • The 1/5hp motor runs on 110 volts and has a built-in internal transformer that ensures it will handle almost any material—work patiently, and allow the blade to do the work, as denser materials will take a bit longer to cut.
