Ideal for high-production casting environments, this Masterix® wax injector streamlines your wax injecting processes. This fully automatic injector features a hopper that holds up to 10 molds in a vertical stack ready for injection. After injection, the cooling table holds up to another 10 molds.Offering a 7” touchscreen, the built-in computer system has a user-friendly interface that allows you to control and precisely adjust the injection settings. It saves up to 9,995 programs and has a reader that instantly recognizes all RFID chips and automatically sets the correct parameters. An ethernet port on the unit provides easy access to software updates.The Wizard application guides new and experienced users through setting mold-injection parameters, shortening the learning curve and allowing you to quickly ramp production. When injecting a new mold, the program asks you questions to help you pinpoint its best parameters for that mold.The piston-injecting system on the Masterix® automatic wax injector features self-centering clamps that adjust to hold different mold sizes and a large syringe that fills a wide range of molds, including large bangles. The syringe has continuous feedback and automatically adjusts to ensure repeatable fills using the same amount of wax with consistent weights from mold to mold.Made from stainless steel, the thermally-insulated tank provides better temperature control by keeping the wax warm while ensuring homogenous melting. Melted wax is kept under vacuum pressure, eliminating micro bubbles that cause defects in your models. This tank is durable and easy to clean.The Masterix® automatic wax injector has an emergency button that stops the cycle and returns the clamps to the open position. It comes with a three-year manufacturer's warranty.
