The three-dimensional bristle design features three discs secured by a durable plastic hub and ready for use on a tapered spindle.Most applications can be performed between 3,000rpm and 18,000rpm. At lower speeds, discs offer greater flexibility with a softer touch and produce subtler results. At higher speeds, discs offer more aggressive material removal.
