Ideal for any busy, high-production environment, this CD-10 parts dryer from Avalon effectively dries wet-finished workpieces using a combination of hot air and centrifugal force. The spinning basket forces water from the pieces while heated air helps to quickly evaporate the water, preventing water marks from forming on jewelry surfaces. The Avalon centrifugal dryer features an easy-to-use control panel with a timer and speed and temperature controls that provide customizable settings to help you safely and quickly dry delicate pieces after large-production finishing runs. Processing time is adjustable from 1–60 minutes, speed is adjustable from 700–1,150rpm, and temperature is adjustable from 95°–176°F (35°–80°C) to meet finishing needs for your particular production work. An electromagnetic safety switch keeps the lid securely closed while the unit is in operation.
