Created by Knew Concepts and inspired by British master goldsmith James Miller, this set of titanium strips includes 10 pieces (all are 4"L x 3/16"W); each strip is designed to be easily bent into almost any shape to form a specialized, custom clamps for your hard-soldering tasks. File the strips in minutes to create curved edges or pointed ends, any configuration that meets your task needs.

Strips are made of titanium to provide a variety of benefits to the custom clamps you create: Solder won’t stick to it, it maintains its strength even when heated to red-hot, and it doesn't erode or flake away under heat no matter how small a clamp you make. And most importantly, titanium doesn't transfer heat nearly as quickly as steel clamps, so it interferes less with nearby joints than steel clamps might. If you work with enamel, you can also design clamps to hold enamel pieces because enamel won't stick to titanium either.

This set includes 10 blanks, 4"L x 3/16"W; bend each one to suit your individual needs. Each soldering situation is different, and jewelers solder in their own unique ways; these clamps let you customize to your personal style and design. The titanium strips are fully annealed and can be bent and filed in minutes to suit your task.
