This deep pitch bowl offers a generous weight and a 7-1/2" diameter that's ideal for a variety of shaping tasks. The bowl includes a rubber base and felt rings that permit easy rotation and hold the bowl at a good working angle.Pitch bowls are excellent for engraving, chasing or repoussé tasks; the best pitch holding device for these tasks should be heavy and rotatable.
