Baldor Steel Spindle For 3/8" Tapered Shafts, Left-Side

This steel tapered spindle is specially designed to fit onto tapered-shaft Baldor polishing motors. The tapered interior machining of the spindle matches the taper of the motor shaft, firmly friction-fitting the spindle to the shaft and virtually eliminating vibration and wobble that can occur in conventional shafts. The outer taper helps to resolve the slight hole size variations common among wheels and buffs. Simply position wheel or buff against the tapered spindle, then press the wheel or buff firmly into the shaft. Attachments run true with little to no wobble or vibration. • Use on 3/8" left-side motor shafts.
