This system is all you need to produce high-quality, high-production wax injections. With double-injection action, the Rio wax injector draws air out of the mold before injection, eliminating air bubbles and voids. Then, the initial wax injection introduces molten wax into the mold, followed a split second later by a second injection that forces the softer, cooling wax deep into the mold details and completes the fill with hot liquid wax. The result is a more complete, defect-free and highly detailed wax pattern that you can produce over and over—more reliably, more quickly and more profitably than ever before! You control all steps of the process, from pot and nozzle temperatures (103–211°F/40–99°C) to vacuum and injection setting (max. pressure is 30psi). • Injector wax capacity: 6 lbs. (3 qts.) • Injector dimensions: 21-1/2"W x 15"D x 17-1/2"H (546 x 381 x 445mm). Partnered with the Rio wax injector in this system is the Techtrol Pro pressure controller and clamp tower. It delivers consistent, controllable clamping pressure on molds providing your operation with accurate wax weights every time and leaving your hands free to prepare the next mold. You can select your desired pressure from nearly 300 settings (max. pressure is 70psi) and eliminate rejects without having to pressure-test your molds every time. The Techtrol Pro set-up includes an acrylic plate kit that allows you to create custom fixtures. • Control console dimensions: 8-1/4"W x 13-1/2"D x 7-1/2"H (210 x 345 x 190mm). • Clamp mechanism dimensions: 6-1/4"W x 6-1/4"D x 8-1/4"H (160 x 160 x 210mm). The system includes a foot control pedal for hands-free operation. A compressed air source and a vacuum pump (not included) are required.
