Made specifically for jewelers, this Fuser500™ micro casting system has features found in large casting machines and includes everything you need to start safely casting straight out of the box. The compact system easily fits in small studios or shops and is great for small-scale casting with gold, silver, brass and copper.The casting base works with the vacuum pump to ensure complete casting fills with minimal defects.A small pour hole in the crucible regulates the pour speed of the molten metal and the rounded base on the crucible keeps the metal from splashing. It is made from special graphite that prevents oxides from forming, removing the need for flux during casting.The mixer allows you to quickly mix and eliminate bubbles from silicone and investment. It comes with two attachments and two cylinders, one set for silicone and one for rubber. The vacuum pump is hand powered and quiet (52CFM). It is completely sealed for zero maintenance and features casters on the bottom that make it easy to move the pump as needed.The wax injector holds up to one pound of wax. It has an adjustable temperature and can be set to either Fahrenheit or Celsius. You can use the vacuum pump with the wax injector to ensure high-quality, consistent injecting results.The kiln features an adjustable temperature and reaches max. temperature in three hours. It has an interior material that blocks heat and absorbs most fumes and smoke during burnout.
