Formlabs Castable Wax 40 Resin, 1kg

Formlabs developed CW40 in collaboration with Rio Grande and GIA in response to user feedback. Ideal for casting larger pieces, the improved formula offers a higher wax content with the precision of a resin. CW40 delivers ultra-accurate details on text engraving, channels, stone holes, and more with a meticulous surface finish. Sprues stick more securely during casting, too. FDA-approved for contact with the skin. Wash CW-40 in isopropyl alcohol (at least 91%) for 10 minutes total in Form Wash. For best results, use a separate clean and dirty wash, 5 minutes each. Curing is optional for handling strength, and not required for casting performance. No heat under UV in Form Cure for 30 minutes. Engineered exclusively for use with the Formlabs F3 Resin Tank Version 2.1 (701441) in the Formlabs Form 3 printer.
