Streamline the many steps involved in mold injection in your high-production casting environment so that one person can do the work of several with this all-in-one automated RiaceWax® Intuitive wax injection system. After setting up your system and familiarizing your operators with its requirements, your wax injection process becomes a significantly more efficient production operation.Create your molds with a programmable RFID chip embedded in each that contains the precise injection parameters for that mold. Then use this system to expertly inject, cool and prepare models that are ready to tree and cast. After removing the model, each mold is immediately ready to inject again, keeping your production line moving. This system includes a USB drive that provides set-up videos and how-to information to get you started.• Set your injection parameters precisely and coordinate among several Riace Intuitive injectors with the included removable tablet interface. Use the tablet to store and maintain a library of settings based on specific production parameters that are available at any time and can be shared with any other Intuitive wax injector.• Stage the molds to be injected on the long loading table that carries your molds up to the injection station. An RFID reader at the top reads the chip embedded in each mold, then sends the necessary parameters to the injector, which automatically adjusts as needed for each mold.• Optical sensors control the guide fences to precisely align the mold with the injector nozzle. After injection, the mold is moved out and onto the chiller unit, a refrigerated surface (23-5/8"L x 4-3/4"W x 1/2"H), that cools the mold and wax model as it moves along back to the operator.The high-sensitivity injector station:• Holds molds steadily and perfectly in position with a piston both above and below the mold to maintain controlled, repeatable air pressure that ensures the exact same amount of wax is injected from mold to mold. This in turn ensures that the patterns produced will require the same, repeatable amount of precious metal for reliable casting weight and material costs.• Maintains pressure continuously, allowing for extremely fine molds to be successfully injected.• Includes its own reloading system, a syringe-like apparatus that works independently of the wax tank. The loader is independently heated to maintain optimal wax temperature and is digitally controlled to produce the same, precise pressure for each and every injection.• Is auto-centering to keep each mold precisely positioned for injection without the need for mold holding/clamping hardware.• Orients the injection area so that you can see the mold clearly throughout the injection process.• Accommodates molds from 50 x 30 x 8mm up to 120 x 90 x 45mm.The wax tower:• Easily monitor the reservoir level and condition of the wax through the clear walls of the tower.
