Formulé par Legor® Group, cet alliage maître jaune est destiné à la coulée à la cire perdue ; il offre une couleur jaune riche en or 18 carats et une très bonne déformabilité plastique, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour les applications de travail mécanique ainsi que pour les chaînes fabriquées à la machine ou à la main. Cet alliage donne d’excellents résultats en feuille pour l’estampage et la découpe avec une bonne soudabilité ; il peut également être utilisé pour les tubes soudés au TIG. Il durcit bien avec le traitement thermique. Un grain d’alliage maître pour la coulée est un mélange préformulé d’éléments de métaux de base ; ajoutez la quantité appropriée de grain de métal précieux à l’alliage maître pour créer l’alliage de coulée dont vous avez besoin. Formulated by Legor® Group, this yellow master alloy is intended for lost-wax casting; it delivers a rich yellow color in 18-karat gold and very good plastic deformability, making it an excellent choice for mechanical working applications and machine- and hand-made chain. This alloy produces great results in sheet for stamping and cutting with good solderability; it can also be used for TIG-soldered tubing. It hardens well with heat-treating.
A master alloy casting grain is a pre-formulated mix of base-metal elements; add the appropriate amount of precious metal grain to the master alloy to create the casting alloy you need.
