Este sistema de baño de galvanoplastia de seis estaciones de acero inoxidable Midas® es ideal para procesos de electroplateado y electroformado. Diseñado para contener seis vasos de 1 litro (1,000ml) (incluidos), este sistema puede configurarse para tres operaciones:
- la primera estación está diseñada para electrolimpiador
- la segunda para el baño de ácido
- la tercera para el chapado
- tres estaciones para enjuague con agua destilada entre cada paso. La unidad viene con un termómetro. El área para sostener el vaso está sellada para proteger el interior de la máquina. Los dos accesorios de base de tercer mano sujetan la pieza de trabajo o un termómetro. La unidad cuenta con:
- calor controlable (que varía desde la temperatura ambiente hasta 212°F)
- agitación controlable con agitadores magnéticos en la estación uno y la estación cinco
- se proporciona una tapa de acero inoxidable para mantener el polvo y la suciedad fuera de la solución en los vasos
- se incorpora un conector jack para rectificadores, con dos cables positivos para ánodos
This Midas® stainless steel six-station bath-plating system is ideal for electroplating and electroforming processes. Designed to hold six 1-liter (1,000ml) beakers (included), this system can be set up for three operations: • the first station is designed for electrocleaner • the second for acid dip • the third for plating • three stations for distilled-water rinsing between each step.
The unit comes with a thermometer. The beaker holding area is sealed to protect the interior of the machine. The two third-hand base attachments hold the workpiece or a thermometer.
The unit features: • controllable heat (ranging from room temperature to 212ºF) • controllable agitation with magnetic stirrers on station one and station five • a stainless steel lid is provided to keep dust and dirt out of the solution in the beakers • a plug-in jack for rectifiers, with two positive leads for anodes is built in
