Ergonomic Wheel for Dura-BULL® Vulcanizers

Replace the standard wheel on your Dura-BULL Standard Vulcanizer, or Dura-BULL Dual-Control Vulcanizer with this wheel. The easy-grab handles provide a more ergonomic grip, giving you improved leverage and minimizing fatigue while you secure and vulcanize rubber molds. This wheel is made of durable cast aluminum and has a painted finish. • Raise and lower the platens more easily. • Reduce slipping when turning the wheel. • Securely tighten the platens on your mold.

To replace your wheel with this ergonomic wheel, remove the screw and nut from the existing wheel with a 3/16" Allen wrench (not included); remove the wheel. Install this ergonomic wheel, securing it in place with the Allen wrench. The wheel sits on the vulcanizer's threaded post, secured by an Allen screw and round nut.
